Estimated delivery time: The order will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days after ordering.
Return Period: You can return the product purchased from our online shopping site within 14 days from the invoice date, provided it has not been used. Returns are not accepted for products with missing accessories, damaged, or worn due to use after the 14-day return period. Returns and exchanges are not processed for socks and underwear products due to hygiene reasons.

If there is a problem with the products you purchased from our online shopping site or if the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them with your invoice within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that your product has not been used. You can easily complete your return by following the steps below:

1- Please write your return reason and return details in the return section at the bottom of your invoice. If you don't have an invoice, you can write your request about your product(s) on a blank paper along with your dispatch/transport waybill.

2- Place your invoice together with the products you want to return in a bag or box similar to how your order was sent.

Write our recipient company code 1017707073 as the address on the package. You can deliver your return package to any YURTIÇI Cargo branch.

After the product(s) you requested for return reaches us, it will be quickly and accurately examined by our relevant team and your request will be evaluated. Your return must comply with "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 5 and "Products Where Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" in Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement. Payment for returned products is processed within an average of 5 business days after your return request is approved. However, due to bank procedures, reflection to your account takes 1-3 business days for credit cards and 7-14 business days for debit cards, depending on your bank.
